About Sedā

Sedā - meaning “sound” in Farsi - reminds us that healing begins with listening, to the world around us and the rhythms within.

The approach is integrative and holistic, blending both somatic and semantic practices to cultivate awareness, regulation, and meaningful change. Practices are guided by informed practice, hands-on experience, and a deep respect for the nervous system' s innate intelligence, offering room to slow down, attune inward, and reconnect with yourself in a way that feels accessible and restorative.

I work with the whole body and mind, creating a state of coherence where the body naturally activates its self-healing processes. In this state, the body can target areas in need of support, while the brain enhances its production of natural regulatory chemicals, effectively becoming "nature's pharmacy", enabling the body and mind to respond optimally to care.

Sessions are offered in a variety of studios and spaces, giving you the flexibility to choose the environment that feels best for you.

And somewhere along the way, we begin to believe that the tension inside us is a personal failure.

Too often, healing is rushed toward positivity.
Toward quick reframes. Toward light.
But real healing asks for the courage to sit with what’s uncomfortable.
To acknowledge the darkness without trying to bypass it.
To understand that personal pain is often deeply intertwined with the world around us.

I’ve known chaos, suppression, and the kind of survival that doesn’t offer the luxury of escape.
I understand what it is to face what hurts while still living inside it.
