A conscious practice of guiding your breath to influence your physical, mental, and emotional state. By intentionally focusing on how we breathe, we activate the body’s natural relaxation response, helping to reduce stress, sharpen focus, and support a variety of physical health benefits.

As the breath deepens and becomes more rhythmic, oxygen flow increases and the nervous system is gently stimulated. This process can release stored tension in the body and, at times, bring up suppressed memories or unresolved emotions to the surface. If guided safely and with care, this emergence can be a natural part of the body’s capacity to heal.

A profound therapeutic practice that harnesses specific frequencies to resonate with the body's energy systems and overall electromagnetic field. By gently shifting brainwaves, it supports physiological function, holistic wellbeing and inner balance. Sound therapy whether on or off the body heals on a cellular level encouraging release, relaxation, and recalibration.

A wide and diverse range of therapeutic instruments are used both on and around the body to influence neural activity, including Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums, tuning forks, chimes, and more. Each sound carries its own unique vibration, tone, quality and intention, weaving a multi-layered sonic experience that supports the body and system's natural capacity to restore balance, reduce stress, and enhance regenerative processes.

A combination of sound healing, gentle breathwork and somatic movement designed to dance with your DNA in a way that encourages subtle but profound shifts. By weaving together intentional breath and embodied movement with healing sound frequencies, these sessions help ease tension, calm the nervous system, and unlock stored patterns of stress or resistance, inviting a deeper sense of presence and clarity.

These sessions are flexible and inclusive, offered one-to-one, in pairs, or within small or larger groups, allowing the practice to be tailored to your unique needs. Collaborations and partnerships with communities interested in bringing this work to their space are also welcomed.

One-to-one and paired sessions start at 90 minutes to allow for more personalised work, while groups start at one hour, with extended sessions available for those seeking a more immersive experience.

For those who prefer to experience sound healing on its own, stand-alone sound bath sessions starting at 60 minutes are also available.

All sessions are held in person, creating a supported, safe, and nurturing environment where you can slow down, tune in, and experience the full healing power of sound and breath.
